Poor QC…redeemed!! Cup is great. Straw was defective. It has a hole in it that obviously prevents suction.Update 12/30/16. Due to original review, I was contacted by Johnny from Chill Cup and sent 2 new straws and straw cleaning brushes that were flawless! Great customer service!Update 2/9/18. Love love love this cup!!! Updated review here! First time I used it it tipped over in my lunch bag and I found out IT IS NOT LEAKPROOF! Quit a bit spilled out. I fiddled with the lid and the slide opening to see if maybe I hadn’t closed it securely, but in the end it’s not spill proof at all. I’m disappointed as this is one of my main requirements.
