Great customer service! I updated my review of the Iron Flask from 3 stars to 5 stars because of the seller’s great customer service and really for the bottle’s design. Although I had another issue with this order the seller addressed it promptly. The bottle itself works as described and hot or cold liquids stay hot or cold for the time period guaranteed. The cap and handle are connected to the bottle so they are not easily misplaced. Unlike another brand thermos with a similar design this cap does not get overly hot…
