Use as undersink tray I was shopping for an under sink mat and was amazed at how much they cost ($40-60). Then I came across these trays for doggie and gave it a shot considering how inexpensive they r ($19.99 for two). The tray works perfect under the sink in terms of the width (36 in cabinet) but they could be a little deeper ( which I know before purchasing). I think it suits for what I purchased them for….
great, solid tray; advertised measurements INCLUDE the raised lip. The measurements INSIDE the lip are 13″x29.5″. I just received this tray, and was rather excited to set it up as our new food/watering center for the dogs. We had been using a vinyl sheet (the kind you put under carpets) but water and dirt were seeping under it and damaging our hardwood flooring, so I’ve been looking for an alternative, specifically boot trays. Weird blue dye leeches out when it gets wet! We bought these trays to hold our catâs water bowls and protect our floors. He likes to splash his water and food service trays are too small for the amount of splashing he does.We thought they would be great but when they got wet the trays leeched out what I can only guess is a blue dye. The water pooled in the tray turned blue. Iâm not sure if it is safe for pets but Iâm certainly not going to risk it!Even if this were used as a boot tray Iâd worry about it discoloring…
