The Best Backpack on the Market JanSport is the best brand for backpacks because they are stylish, durable and have a FABULOUS repair program. If you buy a JanSport you have purchased a product that lasts a lifetime! Whenever our kids (or us) break a zipper or wear out a seam, we simply contact the company and, for the cost of shipping, get it repaired quickly and well. The only down side is the sheer amount of colors and designs to pick from…but that, in my opinion, is a great problem to have!
Constant source of frustration Cheap backpack with cheap quality to match. My biggest gripe with this backpack is the zipper CONSTANTLY gets hung up on the little flap the covers it. Often the zipper will get hung up and then bust on both sides causing me many headaches. Couldn’t even use this backpack for about a month because the zipper was so incredibly stuck on the flap that I had given up on it until my wife ended up fixing it. Save yourself a lot of frustration and spend a few more dollars for a better backpack.
Counterfeit product This is a counterfeit product. The backpack broke after 6 months and when it was sent to JanSport for repair, JanSport notified us that the backpack was counterfeit and not under warranty.
