Works as described, quiet and power efficient. Works reasonably well, though I would prefer a mode switch to Celsius so I can simply choose above or below the freezing point.
works well on 12v solar So far, so good. Been using it at home with our 12v system as our fridge/freezer for a month. Draws about 4-5 amps when running. Runs about every half hour for 2-3 mins (when full and at about 30 degrees). Occasionally I unplug it at night and it holds temperature ok (up 15 degrees or so 8 hours later without any ice added). Also when getting replugged in it occasionally flashes red and I just unplug and replug. Overall good for the price.
Modern and quiet I received 40 qt fridge and immediately plugged it into see how it worked. Fridge works great. It is good size and I got this to keep some water / milk upstairs. (Yes. I’m lazy to go downstairs to get water sometimes). It runs relatively quiet and I like this simple and modern design. During summer time, I plan to load this fridge in my van for camping and road trip. I think it is the perfect size for a family of 6. W/o using the manual, it is pretty straightforward to operate and the price is…
