Good Buy This Kalinco tarp is used to cover cars in my warehouse/shop. Keeps the dust off. Light weight, extremely well assembled and appears to be durable. Ordered the 10’x15′, wow ! it is big and really covers the car well. Not crazy about made in China but may be a reminder to U.S.A. manufacturers to stay on their toes. Thanks Amazon for fast service.
Extremely long and well constructed tarp at a bargain price. I’m not new to tarps. I use them for shelter building out in the woods and have several high end tarps. I wouldn’t compare this tarp to an Aquaquest Defender series, but that tarp is in a class of its own. I would compare this tarp to a DD tarp however. The construction is very similar; both are constructed of a sil poly fabric, both have a 3,000 mm. hydro-static column rating, both stuff sacks look alike, and even the little pouches the included stakes come in look identical. Kept us high and dry I used this over my tent to help keep area dry around it if it rained. Also to keep distance between tent and a cover for air flow because it was over 80 degrees. This tarp worked beautifully! It poured like crazy shortly after set up, which gave me time to adjust poles as needed. Rain stopped, but then during the night, it poured again and continued pouring into the late morning. It kept my tent and the area around it dry. Guy lines were easily set up and adjustable.
