This Kamado Joe is awesome. Used it for the frst time and ribs … This Kamado Joe is awesome. Used it for the frst time and ribs came out perfect. No problems in keeping the temp where needed. Customer service. Mike west at BBQ Island has been there for any help or questions.
The Grill is Amazing but the vendor not so much VM Innovations provides the product and I got my Joe with a broken latch. Looked like they sent me a grill that was opened before I received it. Don’t recommend buying from them. They did get me a replacement latch however at this price point, there’s no excuse for a damaged product/pre opened product.As for the Kamado Joe Grill – it’s amazing and highly recommend their grills. Superior quality. Next level innovation. Amazing customer service. I did a lot of research on Kamado brands before purchasing. I looked into the Big green eggs and Primos, but I ultimately purchased the Kamado Joe. Superior quality. Next level innovation. Amazing customer service. I have have had my Big Joe for about six months now and have not had one second of buyer’s remorse. If you are going to spend the money to get a Kamado grill, spend the money and go with Kamado Joe. You won’t be sorry.
