Strong Shaft made of super tough 7075 aircraft grade aluminum alloy. This alloy is often referred to as the strongest aluminum alloy because it has the strength of many steels while retaining aluminum’s lightweight qualities. The surface of the alloy is created through an advanced oxidation process. It is very hard and protects the metal from weathering and corrosion.
Extra Long EVA Foam Handle which is normally 5½” long has been extended to 10 ½”. The extension provides versatility in changing terrain when switching handgrips becomes necessary. The EVA foam material gives it an excellent all weather soft comfortable feel. EVA foam also absorbs moisture from sweaty hands.
Specially Made Hand Strap has been widened and thickened for extra comfort. It has a tough black braided fabric on the outside and a super soft wool lining on the inside. The lining “breathes” and absorbs sweat to make you more comfortable on long hikes. The strap length is easily adjusted to fit your hand comfortably.
Tungsten Steel Tip is extremely hard and excellent for use on the roughest hiking trails.

Lightweight & easy to extend & fold which is great when packing … I’ve never used a pole before but found that this was extremely helpful on my 2 days hiking in Bryce Canyon. My friend has 2 poles but I think one is helpful without being a pain figuring out where to put the pole while scrambling. Lightweight & easy to extend & fold which is great when packing the car & riding on a bus. It was a bit noisy – which has its benefits- friends know where you are but could annoy others so I think I will look for a thicker rubber tip & hope that silences it. I’m glad…
Really nice pole! I really like this pole, I may have to buy another. I have two different poles already, but I bought this one because it folds up nicely, and I see the serious trail runners using poles like this because they are easy to store while running. I’m eager to try them out. It seems a little heavy for running. but you can’t argue with the price and portability. Great walking stick I love this walking stick! My family goes on hikes in the mountains & long walks when we go camping! We take turns with this walking stick so I think we need a few more because there are 6 of us. It’s nice and folds up for easy portability and fits nicely in my backpack. Highly recommended for hiking!
