I USE to love these boots, now….for the price, the quality should be better This is my third pair of KEEN Targhee II’s. I use to love them! This pair of KEENS is only a year old and I noticed the leather and rubber of the sole started to separate to the point there is an open hole. I do not wear the same pair of shoes every day and at a year old i think there must be a quality problem. Although i still love the feel and comfort of these boots, i have to give them 2 stars as i am very disappointed with their longevity.
I really like the shoe and would have given it 4 or … The only reason this is getting 3 stars is that it wasn’t well-made. Otherwise, I really like the shoe and would have given it 4 or 5 stars if it didn’t start to come apart after about six months. The black rubber sole started to separate from the bottom of both shoes after about six months and by ten months, it was hanging and flapping.
