Keen has ruined a great product With the exception of heavy hiking boots, for over 10 years the only shoe I have worn is this one–the Keen Voyageur, men’s size 11.5. I wear them to work, I wear them to walk, I wear them to the gym–everywhere. I have problem feet: I need a very wide toe box and a narrow heel. Few shoes have ever worked for me. This one has. Until now. The pair I bought on Amazon in June 2019 was very, very different than any before (I have owned at least 6 pairs of this shoe.) The latest pair is more…

Careful: Not what is pictured This is the third time I’ve ordered these shoes because I liked the first two pairs so much. But THE SHOES I RECEIVED ARE NOT WHAT IS PICTURED! Keen no longer makes the brown shoes that are pictured here. The color has changed, and now only the black ones are available. Moreover, perhaps I am crazy but I feel that the material is different as well. The toebox is substantially stiffer now, making the shoes much less comfortable than they were in the past. I was going to send them back when…

Beware when buying this shoe. Bought a pair of these and the came in looking great. Two days later the glue on the shoes started to come apart. I returned them for a new pair and now two months later the new pair is falling apart. Very cheap and the glue does not hold the shoe together. If you want these shoes go in person to REI and purchase to make sure they are held together good. Sad I wasted over 100 on these shoes and can’t even enjoy them. Wouldn’t doubt this is a counterfeit.
