Perfect for my toddler! I purchased these hiking boots for my son before a recent trip to Yosemite. I’m very picky about his shoes since he is non-stop and already had a fall that resulted in an ER visit. Anyways, I am particular about the quality of shoes he wears as well as how easily he move around in them. These were fantastic. Since we were going to Yosemite, I wanted a shoe that had great traction and was waterproof as well. He was extremely comfortable and safe in these shoes. They are super cute on him…
and Keen has a great reputation. I was disappointed they don’t come in … I ordered these shoes because I’m tired of cheaper shoes falling apart, and Keen has a great reputation. I was disappointed they don’t come in half sizes, and didn’t fit my youngest properly, however for my older 2 the fit is good.I give them a 4 star because the insole is NOT attached and every time they take off the shoes the insoles bunch up. I’m thinking I’ll have to use my glue gun to secure them to the shoe, and for the money I spent I am disappointed I have to do that…
Well made, but inserts are annoying Love the chandler shoe, have bought them every year for the kids.Bought the waterproof version this time. Not sure if that is the reason for it, but everytike the shoes come off, put pops the inserts. The boys get so annoyed having to put back the inserts into the bottom of the shoe.Causes frustration to a point they donât want to wear the shoes, despite prior versions being their favorite.Holds up well from hiking in New Zealand to general playground wear…
