Made it through the winter, still awesome! I worried and fretted over heated hoses for a while before deciding on this one. I live in an RV in Wyoming, and a year ago I had a BAD experience with my small camper RV freezing. It was everything I could to do stave off the freeze so the water wouldn’t expand and ruin the copper pipes. Works Great So Far K&H markets their products to animal owners, and I think they’re missing a small market. As a winter/snow rv fanatic, I bought this hose to help with camping in the Sierras. Just needed something to make sure that the water and hose weren’t freezing on the coldest nights (bottoming out around -10).After talking with K&H about my application, they confirmed the description and other feedback. Works as advertised. It’s only been 2 weeks but so far so good. It performs as advertised. I appreciate the choice of rubber as well as poly construction and the common sense design. The only competitor was $40 more. I have purchased outdoor pressure sensative heated cat enclosures for my barn cats and have had zero issues. You can pay for the items at K&H but you get what you pay for. Their outdoor water bowl 32 ounce grey ABS also working as advertised. Would have purchased 128 ounce stainless had it been in…
