How to solve “device offline” problem?

3.If there is no “↑↓” symbol, please open the data and voice plan for the sim card.
4. Great for kids! Easy on the wallet 🙂 We looked at getting a cell phone for our daughter, but that is expensive… Big expense up front, the monthly fees, and the responsibility of taking care of it.She’s seven, now she has camera, we can track her, and contact her in an emergency. Looks nice, works as described. We got the SpeedTalk SIM, and it’s $5/month. Ma inybe we’ll get a bigger plan for it later.Our daughter loves it. I’ll update this once she’s had it longer. But, so far it’s exactly what we wanted…
too basic Benefits to those interested though its not the right product for me. it has partially functioning gps, one way calling, two way calling, No settings in watch. More basic than even some of the other watches I’ve seen also sold, as if they were the same watch.
