- Here is how to inflate this air mattress with the built-in foot pump, **1. Close the black valve on the far end, open the red valve on the foot pump. **2. Press the pump with your foot (or hand), make sure you cover the hole as you push down to pump, but lift your foot (or hand) to open the hole on the upstroke of the pump. **3. Keep pressing until it is the thickness you like, and close the valve. Mostly it will take about 2 minutes.

Easy to use and super comfortable Easy to use and super comfortable. You do get a little work out while filling it up but its so worth it! We also have a car air pump and used that as well and it was inflated in under a minute. Wonderful camping buddy!!
No Complaints! No complaints with this mattress. Purchased the queen size and have used it twice for camping. No leaks, comfortable and easy to handle. Used the foot pump to inflate the first time and a small battery operated pump to inflate the second time – either way will do.
