Great product remains sharp and a very nice stand. We’ve had these now for quite a few months. All remain sharp, and no issues to report. As far as the dishwasher questions, I run all of them in the dishwasher. The metal can become spotty with dishwasher use. if that bothers you, you can always use the bar keepers friend to polish it. But for me, honestly, I don’t see it and I absolutely love the glass stand
I love this set I love this set! Adds a little modern flair, to my farm house! Nice quality. I used the chefs knife last night and it cut like a dream! Also had the opportunity to use the serving spoon and spatula. It was a pleasure and they washed super easy. I dried them immediately and hung them right back up into their stand. No water stains! My only issue with this set is, it’s hard to fit the knives in the stand, after use. You have to know exactly where they go, otherwise they don’t fit. And I feel…
Sharp and great deal I’m gonna be up front, these are sharp straight out of the box and being a sushi chef having sharp tools is a very necessary and these delivered.. Nicked myself pretty good and it was a rather light tap.. Only down side is the sharpening steel . Poorly constructed and bites the blades too hard making it difficult to sharpen. I’d say invest in a new one I sudgest a diamond steel. Overall a great looking set and so far a great investment .
