Good tool to have at a good price Was needing a good long nose wire stripper. The tool seems to be built good and strong. I have not used it yet so I can not give it 5 stars.
Maybe i got a bad one, but the plastic split off one of … Maybe i got a bad one, but the plastic split off one of the blue handles. My previous 1010 lasted about 8 yrs. I’m not sure what gives. It’s out of amazons warranty period so I’m sending it back to Klein. The warranty process seems very friendly with Klein.
Strippers, use ’em hard, use ’em long This is the gold standard in strippers. I use them every day, sometimes 3-4 times. Or more, if I can. They like to be treated bad. Use them hard, or as long as you like. Wet or dry, they work just fine. Once in a while, give the screw a good twist action, keeps them real tight.
