This seem good quality, is functional and durable: I just received this lighter an hour ago. I’ve inspected it pretty well. It has a latch that locks the hinged lid/cap in place against an o-ring. I have dunked it under water, but I bet it could handle it. So, to call is “waterproof” is not a stretch. It’s a tight seal. The dual arc action is impressive. The two arcs travel just under 0.25 inch when measured by eye with a tape measure. I got the black colored lighter. It is a matte black. It seems to be the same lighter that is going for well…
