What makes Koo-Care Ice pack distinctive from the other brands?
● Quality material – Nylon material, no smell and feel of plastic.
● Size & weight -This medium size gel pack is larger than competing items and filled with enough amount(1.1 lbs) of gel.
Some other brands just fill 0.5 lb gel in the pack which will not keep cold long.
● Hot and cold- It is more useful than some single cold pack.
● Easy to microwave- There are detailed directions printed on the pack. Other brands just offer approximate time
without considering the different power.

Amazon Customer says:

Needs more gel I use these for migraine headache relief. But these are not the best. The vinyl gets stiff in the freezer and at least one of them, the gel was frozen (you could hear the ice crystals when you squeezed it). Plus, I feel there is less gel in them than there should be. I have one similar sized that has probably twice the amount of gel in it. However, I do feel they provide a very intense cold.

Sarah says:

Get stiff once frozen The exterior of these is softer than others I’ve owned but I’m disappointed by how inflexible they are once frozen – other cold packs I’ve had stay bendable and the gel doesn’t seem to increase in density as much. I needed this to drape over my knee but I have to kind of fold it in half and set it on top of my leg, which doesn’t provide as much contact/cooling as I need. Haven’t tried them warm and maybe they’re better that way. I’m still looking to replace my previous ice packs, though.

Sandee says:

Worth the money for my use! I have lower back pain and I choose to use minimal pain meds. I use one each night as I go to sleep. I place it between folds in a big towel and I sleep on it. Occassionally at other times as needed. I weigh 240 and have for the most part rotated 2 packs sleeping on one at night and the other at work for an hour each shift. After 8 months 1 pack begin to show wear in the seams on either end. The other is in great shape. I bought 2 more so I always have good ones on hand. I am well pleased with…
