Four Stars Would purchase again.Year update: I tossed out the clamps – kinda flimsy and more of a hassle as it has issues fitting into the pot. However, it was used, and used and used. Still holding up and has yet to show rust spots.
Nice set but utensils without knives seems like a gap I used this for a couple of days of car camping. I mostly ate out with non-camping friends but the first time I used it to make breakfast on my coleman stove, the interior seriously discolored. This might have been a growing pain with the stove so I’m not entirely holding it against the mess kit. It would really have been nice to have a couple of knives – I’ll probably end up buying separate utensil kits. NOT made in China!!!! Very well made. The plastic hot pan gripper is not that sturdy, but appears it will work ok. The best part…it’s NOT made in China. It’s made in Spain! The neoprene cover is perfect to keep it all together. Will be perfect for my micro emergency stove.
