Yes! Get this! You’ll Love It! This stand is super easy to put up. We travel full time in an RV so each time we stop for a couple of weeks it’s the first thing we put up. I bought a very inexpensive hammock at Grocery Outlet, only five dollars, and it works perfectly. Easy to put together and very sturdy. It’s kinda heavy for me to do alone but I’m really weak. HAHA! It is easy to break down and put back into the bag too.
Arms and base won’t stop wobbling The stand goes together easily without the use of additional tools, but I have noticed that even when I tighten all the knobs into place as much as possible, the stand has a lot of give, the arms swaying up to a couple inches while I’m in it in all directions. Still makes me nervous to use, but it hasn’t broken yet…
Good points: sturdy Good points: sturdy, easy to assemble, works as a hammock stand. Bad points: travel bag stinks (new plastic smell), the wingnuts can hit the hammock except in the bottom 2 holes, and the hooks at the end don’t feel wide enough.EDIT: for working around the wingnuts hitting the hammock, I recommend using some (appropriately-strong) rope or carabiner to extend the length of the hammock, thus allowing moving the hooks to the bottom positions.
