Quality and quantity I bought these for my stepsonâs as they are getting into Legos just as my brother and I were into Legos when we were both kids⦠The quality of these base plates is superb I would say almost the exact same as the Lego brand 10â Green baseplate.
Great for LEGO Wall, Excellent Customer Service Originally purchased just enough for our LEGO Wall project and was disappointed when one pack of baseplates was a lighter green. Customer service was excellent and they were able to immediately remedy the issue by processing a replacement pack (free) to be sent out. Unfortunately, they were out of stock so there was a delay.My advice would be to buy an extra pack or two in case you run into issues (and also to have on hand for replacement pieces) if you are using these for a LEGO…
Legos work on top of plate only These feel thick and sturdy and work fine with name brand Lego pieces, but ON THE TOP OF THE PLATES ONLY. My daughter asked for base plates of this size to build a multi-level house and these do not work for that because the bottom of the plate does not attach to the top of the Lego walls. See picture for details, it shows the top of a blue plate and the bottom of a gray plate.
