This Axe was everything I expected The axe is very heavy which is what an axe should be. When chopping wood, light axes force you to try much, much harder to cut wood. And this axe had a very usable hammer. The knife is small enough it fits into handle and can help with fish fillet and scaling fish. It has a liquid compass, a flint and knurled grip, great for all around use. To top it all off, the axe is safe with a safety cover when not in use. Great value Great quality for the price. Very sturdy, good weight. Screwing and unscrewing for the attachments is still very secure, doesnt come loose when chopping. I just used it 4 days straight at camping and just cleaned it off after and is like new. Very impressed with this little axe. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for camping/survival gear on a budget, or anyone looking for a decent axe really.
Served Its Purpose The axe was not sharp nor heavy. It served its purpose but was not exactly asconvenient to have as I thought. Because it was used on our camping trip, I wasnot going to try return. We did use it to cut for firewood. It was portable soI thought it would be fine around younger adults.
