Works great with the basic Lixit critter brites deluxe 16 oz … Ideal for an aquarium cage, because you can bend the metal to fit over the side and it will fit under a screen aquarium top. Works great with the basic Lixit critter brites deluxe 16 oz water bottle.
Needed to tweak it for my bottle. This is designed for a traditional 16 oz bottle. If you buy it to use with LIXIT Natural Wide Mouth Water Bottle for Pets, 16-Ounce, be aware that you will need to do a fair amount of modifications to make it work. It is a really nice, sturdy holder though that will probably last forever.
Great bottle protectors and hangers for tanks. These holders are great of In tanks use as well as wire cage use. These ensure that the bottle stays secure, and keeps the animals from playing with the bottle out of curiosity and/or boredom, and consequently biting the bottom end of the bottle. I have had these last over 5 years. The metal strip used to bend over the tank edge can be carefully bent and rebels for different bottle height inside various tanks, and does not break off if not bent to form a crease in the metal.
