GREAT FOR 8 YEAR OLD’S HOT LUNCH My son got tired of cold sandwiches and lunchables every day, so we tried the lunchbot. We followed the instructions and filled it with boiling hot water for about 10 minutes to assist with insulation. Once the bot was cleaned and dried, I put microwaved chicken nuggets in the container for his lunch. To my son’s delight. it kept the nuggets warm until his lunch time at 12:15. We put the nuggets in initially at approximately 7:30am. Very great product!
I spent a lot of time looking over lunch containers to make sure I could find a container that was the perfect size for a 5-year-old to tote around in his … I ordered this thermal lunch container for my son who just started kindergarten this year. Same size and performance as thermos foogo 10oz. I’ve posted some pictures to show how it compares to thermos funtainer 10oz. Although the Lunchbots thermal is 8oz, it is almost exactly the same size as thermos funtainer. Lunchbots is slightly more shallow as compared to the funtainer. The performance is similar as well. Keeps piping hot food warm for 5-6 hours.I am disappointed in the size of the Lunchbots thermal. I was hoping to get a smaller and more compact container than the thermos.
