lightweight but probably quite tough these pants fit in the waist about as you’d think. they are a bit longer than expected however. the material is quite light – but they seem very sturdy and will probably last a while; avoiding snags and such. the lower leg is tapered so that you can ride a bike w/o wearing a cinch on the right leg. the knees are covered in very tough material. the belt is humorously long considering the waist size… but thats livable.
Nice, but this one ran a bit big This is the second hiking camping pants I own. I use them for shooting competition and are very comfortable and good quality. Take into account that these are made in China, and sizing is always an issue. Last pair I went two sizes bigger thanks to a fellow customer, and was perfect fit. On this occasion, the sizing chart is a bit tricky, as I ordered the number according to it, but the pants are 3 times bigger. So… I guess a better fit would be to order it one size shorter. These feel awesome Im 5’11”, 170lbs, 30 waist typically, long legs but big thighs. I absolutely love the feel and fit of these, but unfortunately I’m right in between sizes. I tried the 30 and the fit in the waist and legs is perfect, but they’re about an inch too short length wise. I then got the 32 and it’s a bit baggy, but the length is perfect. So now I have the same pair of pants in two different sizes and cannot decide which I will keep
