lightweight but probably quite tough these pants fit in the waist about as you’d think. they are a bit longer than expected however. the material is quite light – but they seem very sturdy and will probably last a while; avoiding snags and such. the lower leg is tapered so that you can ride a bike w/o wearing a cinch on the right leg. the knees are covered in very tough material. the belt is humorously long considering the waist size… but thats livable.

Does a great job repelling dirt I’ve been wearing these pants for work and so far I like them. The work I do can get pretty dirty and the material repels most of it. They have a lining by the knees that’s supposed to be a little more heavy duty material. It would have been nice if this material was sewn over the pant material and not just by itself. It’s thin and a little rough on the skin. Other than that, I think they made a decent pair of work/hiking pants.

Nice, but this one ran a bit big This is the second hiking camping pants I own. I use them for shooting competition and are very comfortable and good quality. Take into account that these are made in China, and sizing is always an issue. Last pair I went two sizes bigger thanks to a fellow customer, and was perfect fit. On this occasion, the sizing chart is a bit tricky, as I ordered the number according to it, but the pants are 3 times bigger. So… I guess a better fit would be to order it one size shorter. Good luck!
