Essential Blanket/200 weight Polartec. Brought this based on the reviews. Wanted something for the car that was multiple purpose. Mine came slightly under spec by a few inches (the company offered an exchange and a satisfactory explanation) but I can live with it. The fit and finish was almost perfect mind a thread or two. And it’s overall a nice blanket although overpriced imo. Time will tell how well it works but if your ok with the price then go for it. If not there are cheaper options which will do better at specific tasks…
A SOCCER MOM MUST HAVE Some of the moms on my son’s soccer team had these blankets and raved about them. I checked them out on Amazon and saw that they were very expensive. Promise kept I bought this to finally stay warm and dry at soccer games. A friend’s son was at our game where the ground was soaking wet and he didn’t have a chair. So he sat on the wet muddy ground wrapped up in this blanket. The water did not soak thru. He stayed warm and dry the whole game. No one believe that it would work, but it did. It is waterproof not just resistant. Plus I put in the the stuff sack wet and muddy and it was dry the next day. Its a great product and worth every penny.
