Damaged out of box, but very nice… I was very pleased at first, but when I examined the knife closer I noticed a fairly long crack in the wood on the handle and a small crack or separation in the steel tang just above it. The combination of the two cracks has created an uneven transition between the handle and the tang. Not a deal breaker really, but a bit more QC should have been done by the maker before boxing and shipping. Other than that, it really is a great knife and if used properly could be extremely lethal.
