Junk I have replaced these every 3 months or so for a few years after they continually stop working. I decided not to use an earpiece anymore. I’ve probably went through 6. I’ve tried to spray canned air in the clear tube prior to replacing them and that was never the issue. I’m a Deputy and while on calls dispatch has dropped a tone on me because I’m not answering up, all because these quit working while out of my car on a call. It’s ok Ok it works, but after messing around with the plastic clip (small black one), the clip broke right away. Furthermore, the clear tubing is not malleable like you’d think these things should be. The ear bud is totally noise canceling/isolation. Therefore, your ear is useless to outside noises thus becoming a tad bit of a safety issue. Great Product! No problems! I purchased this item has part of my son’s secret service attire for a wedding and it worked great for show. He also uses it with his kindle and it works great for the sound. Would purchase product again. Great buy for the cost!
