It works great! It’s fast and easy It works great! It’s fast and easy. I own a deli and they would keep buying new knives and fight over the one or two newest ones that were sharp. I sharpened all of them, and make a clean easy swipe or two on the blades every couple of weeks. The employees love their knives now.
Tried and True My mother had this same sharpener for years and when she died it went to my sister. Every Christmas I gathered up my knives and took them to her house to be sharpened. Finally, I bought my own recently. I was so delighted to find it still available after all these years. It is heavy enough to hold in place while in use, and best of all, it is a wiz at sharpening in just a few strokes. No chips in the blade, just a razor sharp edge. I’m thrilled with it.
