The PISA’s Perfect Companion When I ordered my PISA from the insurance, it just came with the unit, no notorious black bag and no cooler. Just What a Working Mom Needs I recently went back to work as a teacher and ordered this system to store milk during the day. I am so happy with it! The contoured cooler is amazing for keeping milk cool during an entire work day (10+ hours). The bottles it comes with are standard for the Medela system, but it also fits the Medela bottles with lids marking the day of the week and our typical 5oz bottles for baby (as pictured).
