Great for after child birth I bought these ice packs after I gave birth and ran out of the ones my hospital sent me home with. They are the exact same ones you get in the hospital. I definitely recommend for after delivery while healing.
A must for postpartum recovery! This product absolutely met my expectations, having them was a godsend after my baby was born. I highly recommend using this product to make padsicles for a speedy recovery after child birth! It sped my recovery up to the point that it was unnecessary to use the entire box I purchased. Pregnant? Buy these!! These worked SO well postpartum! So easy to just keep in the bathroom and “crack” it and shake it to activate the cooling. Perfect for healing. I would definitely recommend. They are very sticky and dont move much after being placed. I also added a couple Witch Hazel cooling pads. The ice pack gradually wears off after about an hour. I didn’t use all of them though, I wish they were sold in a smaller bundle, but I would still buy it again. I will be gifting the remaining packs to a…
