Recommend a size or two bigger than you’d normally wear… Product is comfortable, and the design and layout of the pockets, although from the images seemed like they’d be a tad awkward, aren’t in the way when something is placed in them. But they do run a tad small… Not necessarily in the waist, but the thighs and crotch are a little too snug. You Get What You Pay For I read the reviews(thankfully) and ordered a 3XL. I normally wear 30-31 waist and 30-31 inseam. pants are a little long but waist feels about right. For the price not bad. The fit is good and they are comfy, maybe a little too plasticky, polyester, silky feeling. But I will enjoy wearing them. They are cool feeling and light. Great bang for your buck I really wanted to give these five stars but I’ve gotta start with the single drawback on these pants/shorts. You know the slide tab in dress pants? These have one but its three times as deep as a dress pant and that’s a huge problem. After the first couple hours it will dig into your abdomen and leave a sore spot for a few days.
