Why MERIWOOL?
Soft & Comfortable. When you think wool, you may think scratchy, but MERIWOOL’s Merino Wool clothing line is far from it. We only use superfine 18.5-micron 100% all natural Merino wool responsibly sourced from Australia to ensure your comfort all day long with absolutely no itching!
Sustainable & Renewable Resource. Feel good knowing that what you are wearing is beneficial to you and also good for the Earth: Merino sheep shed and regrow new ultra-downy coats every year, making their wool a highly renewable resource. MERIWOOL is ethically harvested from sheep without loss of life.

Limitless Layers. Merino sheep have adapted to all kinds of weather including freezing winters and scorching summers. Their wool keeps them warm when it’s cold, cool when it’s hot, and that inspired us. MERIWOOL’s superfine Merino wool clothing can be layered as needed, but won’t weigh you down or hold you back.
Wicking. When you’re out exploring all day, there’s nothing more uncomfortable than a sweat-soaked shirt sticking to your skin. Merino wool absorbs sweat from your skin and then releases it to the air in a process called “wicking.” Wicking keeps you dry and comfortable, and coupled with its natural anti-bacterial properties, that means it resists odors. Rest assured that MERIWOOL’s got your back, even when you’re out for days in the wilderness.
Machine-Washable On Cold Setting & Tumble Dry On Low Heat With Like Colors. Easy to wash, wrinkle-resistant, quick to dry, and with very little maintenance required, Merino wool is ready whenever you are for your next adventure.

comfy, but lacking in compression They are nice and soft. Good amount of padding and comfortable. The only thing I’ll caution is that the elastic is stretchy enough to hold the sock to my foot, but there is zero compression, which is common in other hiking socks. I was doing some PT the other day in my socks and I found that my foot was sticking to the tread on an incline, but my foot was sliding around inside the sock. I wouldn’t expect this in a hiking or gym sock with stronger elastic. Once inside a shoe or boot, however,…
SOCK HEAVEN!!! OH MY GOSH!!! I bought these socks when I started wearing 8″ hiking/military spec boots for the added ankle support.SOCK HEAVEN. It is no exaggeration that these are The Most Comfortable Socks that I have ever worn in my 58 years upon this planet.I am on medication that causes me to sweat in copious amounts and with 8″ boots I feared my feet would suffer. Nope. Nope. And Nope. Dry and cozy.I only purchased 2 sets of 3 but I will be getting more so I can last more than…
Fair value. At about $5/pair these are good and comfortable socks especially for anyone like me that struggles with feet that go from hot and sweaty to ice cold when I wear cotton socks. These socks have weak seams that pull apart from each other but maybe they will be okay in the long run. I also own better named socks at about $20+/pair and the difference is vast. But, at one fifth of that cost these cheaper socks are a fair value.
