Not just for hiking I bought these shoes for hiking but I liked them so well I wear them to work also. The toe box is wide so no toe cramping and toes sliding into the end of your shoe when you’re walking or running. They have medium cushioning but the support is great. I wasn’t in love with them out of the box as they aren’t the most attractive shoe and look large. I was won over after wearing them and I bought a second pair. Squeak I bought these shoes for work. I am on my feet all day long. They are super comfortable! I wore them for 9 hours the first day I got them without any pain. My only complaint is that they squeak when I walk. I thought maybe this would work itself out with wear but it hasn’t.
