Unit and or software is EXTREMELY unreliable! This unit has not been reliable. I have been paying for the service and atleast twice a week for the last 3 or 4 months I have to contact the manufacture. Very frustrating. Application does not work correctly either. Had an older unit on 3G and it worked well but this unit is not at all reliable.
It’s Great at Tracking, but… I had it installed and it worked excellently as a tracking device, provided real-time data on the vehicle, etc. The installer at Car Toys, however, could not figure out how to install or work the disabling feature. The installation instructions are printed in such a small font they are very difficult to read, and enlarging them on a scanner just makes them bigger and more blurry. The phone app, unfortunately, does not have the ability to activate the feature anyway; only from a computer can it…
Confirm connected to Verizon This device works extremely well. I bought this particular device because it is one of the few devices that uses Verizon, which has the best signal strength in my area. When I first connected it, it wasn’t showing up on the webpage, so I sent an email to [email protected] and mentioned Verizon being the best carrier.
