Hot food with no leaks My middle schooler says his pasta is consistently “almost microwave hot” even if I only fill it halfway. You do need to prep this with a boiling water preheat, but once warm it holds temp well. We have not had issues with leaks (and if you have ever seen a middle schooler throw their stuff into the bus seat, into their locker, down on the ground to play football before the bell rings… We would know if it leaks)

I love my new thermus!!! I am happy about this purchase. I follow the instructions prior to putting in my food that is directed by the manufacture: I place hot water, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Right after the 5 minutes, I empty the water and immediately put in my yummy hot lunch for the day. I generally place in my hot lunch 7am and by 1pm, it is still hot enough to eat comfortably!!!

Kept my food hot! Wanted a 24oz thermos to hold enough liquid and big enough that I could also eat out of too. I took it tailgating and while everyone else ate sandwiches I had hot soup. It even held the heat being left in the cold car up until after the game.I recommend it if your looking for a decent size thermos without spending a lot of money on it.
