I expected more I bought this based on the reviews. I was rather disappointed with the amount of heat it was able to retain. I used it to keep soup warm at work. I heated the soup up in the morning hotter than I would have eaten it thinking it would be the perfect temperature at lunch time. Unfortunately, 5 hours later when I opened it the soup was about room temperature. I wanted this to be the answer to have a quick easy warm lunch but I will have to keep searching.
