Kept me on my feet instead of my butt Awesome! After we hiked to the top of Round Top Mountain outside of Jasper Arkansas a few weeks ago I decided that they would be a good idea. It had been raining a lot recently and the trail was pretty slick. Took them on our last outing in the Buffalo River area and they really helped a lot. Well made and very light.

Lightweight, strong, and quiet. These poles are lighter and stronger than my ancient REI poles (which I still use, by the way). Because they are carbon and not all aluminum, they actually make less noise as they contact the ground or bump against rocks and roots. This is an advantage for wildlife watching.

A great help Well, I just came out of a 4 day trek into the Grand Canyon with these beauties and they performed flawlessly. I had no clue what kind of trail I was getting into until we got an hour into the trip and realized that it was a severe scramble up and down slopes full of rocks, boulders, gravel and more.
