A Chopping We Will Go! Love this axe. Good feel in hand. Does what it is supposed to do. Chops small to medium size wood. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the sheath. The sheath is just that……a sheath. I would have preferred a more snug fit as the head of the axe can wiggle itself out of the sheath if you are not careful. So if you are listening Mtech……a small tweak to the sheath and, presto! You have the perfect product! Keep up the great work Mtech!

All steel hatchet One piece design is awesome and I trust it to hold up through the test of time. I have used and abused this for several weeks now andI think for the price it is awesome. The reason it is only four stars is the sheeth. That part is garbage. It’s a bad design and isn’t even practical for use with its 2 snap design to hold it in and the belt loop broke the first time I used it. It almost made me take away another star

OK Hatchet made in China The hatchet is ok if you don’t plan on using it often or long. It is a cheapy, but it looks durable. I got it, via UPS, today and have used it for about an hour. Not much of a handle in either length or girth. The girth troubles me as I don’t think I can get the kind of grip that I like in my striking tools. Also, the skinny handle causes bruises to the hand after some hard blows.
