The MTech USA Xtreme Fixed Blade Tactical Knife (model MX-8062BK) features a black tanto blade and a black G10 nylon fiber handle, with a 12-inch overall length. The tanto style reverse saw back blade was designed with strength and durability in mind. This tactical fixed blade knife features a 7-inch blade made of 440 stainless steel and is complemented by a textured rain pattern on it. Grade 440 stainless steel contains more carbon, giving it excellent hardness and edge retention. The ABS molded handle offers an excellent grip and has a lanyard hole, enabling you to be able to hang it from your neck. It comes with a nylon sheath for safe and easy carry. MTech USA Xtreme offers a variety of both tactical fixed blade and folding knives that are made with thicker and higher grade materials such as 440A and 440C stainless steel blades.

It’s heavy and has a pretty nice balance I picked this one up based on the blade shape and the price. I wanted black and it arrived black. My initial thoughts. It’s heavy and has a pretty nice balance. It came with a decent edge. Not as sharp as I prefer, but definitely not dull. The unusual handle scales feel better than i thought they would and they seem tightly held in place. The pommel or end of the tang needs to be rounded a bit as I could see the hard edges causing some discomfort when used heavily. I’ve not really been a fan of…

MTech Xtreme 12 inch Fixed blade knife Came surprisingly sharp, though mine wasn’t quite sharp enough to the point where I could shave with it as I believe another review said. Good looking knife. Only issue was that the sheath was a bit annoying to use as it came. But I got it working how I needed it to.
