HOW TO USE THIS SLEEPING PAD?
1. Take the inflating pad out of its carrying bag, pinch the mouthpiece. 
2. Open the mouth of air pump, press the sponge inside pad by hand or feet. 
3. Inflate about 3 minutes to complete the inflatable, closed the air pump mouth.

HOW TO PACK UP THIS SLEEPING PAD?
1. Open the valve at the end of pad. Roll or press the mattress up quickly to deflate. You can kneel on the pad as you are rolling it. 
2. When all the air get out from the pad, fold up the pad, roll up the sleeping pad from the end with air pump. 
3. Then you can fit it right in the carrying bag.
