I’m not happy about that These are advertised at 30×6, but they are about a half inch short all around. I’m not happy about that. But they are a marked improvement over what I used to have, so I can’t complain too much.
Mine was in great condition. Install tips Some of the reviews said it came dented or damaged. Mine was in great condition. Install tips…. use lots of masking tape to hold it in place while you use a tape measurer to test for centering, and a level to make sure everything is good before you drill any screws. Step away from the door and make sure everything looks good before you drill. I painted my old door, added a new lock and handle, this kickplate, and a knocker and it looks awesome now.
A little thin but good A little thinner than I would prefer but I love the look it gives. Installation was easy. (I bought mine Used and so it was a little beat up. That’s why it looks kinda crooked. I think I’ll buy a new one and stick this one the other/less visible side of the door.)
