Great ice pak! I’m a Physical Therapy Asst. and this has been a hit with my clients! I love it because it is convenient to carry. You have to be careful when heating because you can explode the pack if you heat it more than 10 sec increments (learned the hard way). I just use it for ice now. But it’s still a nice pack.
It does the trick! Works well for icing my plantar fasciitis. I wish ice helped me but that is probably not the products fault! Easy to remove and replace the ice pack. Haven’t tried the heat option but it seems like it will be good when I need it. My husband has used it on his wrist and it works well.The only thing I would mention is when you take the ice pack portion out of the freezer it is not very bendable (like to go around a wrist or foot that is oval-ish?) Let it thaw for 10 minutes or so and…
Fits wide feet and works great to relieve pain in hard to ice spots. Fits wide feet and works great to relieve pain in hard to ice spots. My feet are size 9W and there is no problem at all with this fitting around my foot. The cold pack, when frozen, remains pliable and can curve around the outer edge of my foot to ice both the top and bottom of my foot where I have pain. I only wish there was a way to purchase additional packs to have them as backup in the freezer. No problem with it getting or staying cold enough.
