Nice…. These bamboo cooking and serving utensils seem to be pretty nice. The holder was actually cracked at the bottom, but not a crack that would make it not usable so I am not going to take the time to send it back. It will do. Outside of that, I have not actually cooked with them yet. So on to the description: they are as described, obviously I can’t speak for the “organic wooden bamboo” but they are definitely wood, but do not feel like some wooden untensils I have had in the past.
