Don`t use the thermometer to measure it, the temperatures of the case`s bottom should be lower than air.
The “medicine bottle” direct-contact the bottom , so the medicine direct-contact the bottom refrigeration.
If you sent at 2℃( on screen display 2℃)，the bottom is acturally 2℃.
If you use thermometer to measure, you just measure the temperature of the air, not the acturally refrigerating temperature.

Four Stars Didn’t work for me. I have to returne it. I can’t close the lid with the Orencia syringe.
This will be a very very detailed review… The whole idea of purchasing this was risky. They don’t seem to have a website, you can’t really find much info about this device which sells under multiple different brands (good luck searching the brand “Health” which is on top of this), all info is poorly translated broken english on the internet and in the manual. The list goes on and on… Anyways let’s get onto the review!
