Great price and does a great job keeping beverages hot or cold The tumbler does what it’s supposed to. I use it often, actually have two of them one for me and another for my wife. My main gripe is when making a beverage you might want to shake up a bit, the coffee will come up through the lid. It would be nice to have had a bit tighter fit around the straw opening so you could give it a good shake to mix up and flavoring or milk and cream you might have added. Overall I’m satisfied and would recommend this tumbler to others.
2 broken karaffes in less than 3 months! This will ne my 3rd glass karaff and I’m so upset because the 2nd one I bought broke with ice in it. I just purchased the coffee maker and received it July14th! I tried to purchase the stainless steel coffee pot but not available for this model.
Brittle Glass Carafe This is my second time buying this carafe. My husband broke the first one. My sister broke the second one. Both were broken by setting it down (they really didn’t set it down too hard in my opinion) on the granite counter. It’s a good genuine product that fits the system, but the glass breaks really easily. I wish I could find an insulated carafe so I could stop worrying about people breaking mine!
