light shoes was my main focus i know most of hiking shoes are heavy and this one is fairly light.
Some good things, but … These shoes are hiking shoes and not really made for everyday use. The shoes were stiff and do provide a lot of support. Didn’t test the waterproofing, but looking at the design and materials, it seemed to be at least water resistant to a good deal. The inner also felt good to me. And the soles seemed to be very grippy. Also I thought the cost was fair and affordable.But there was an issue. When testing them on a short walk (1.5 miles), I got blisters on my pinky toes. Maybe…
Light, comfortable hiking shoes I bought the shoes for my husband. He loves the shoes for the fit and lightweight while providing support more inline with heavy day hiking. They are great on the trail and gripped surprisingly well on wet rocks and sandstone. They breathe very nicely since they are sans-leather. My first Nord Trail purchase-very satisfied.
