Absolute must have in any kitchen, not just toaster ovens ! I am very tickled to get to write a review for this product, it was everything I had hoped it would be. I was watching a popular cooking show and noticed the chef using pans identical to this one to place everything in the oven from sandwiches to basically any type of product that needed baking or broiling. Great Set of Ovenware! Great sizes and the cover for the muffin and casserole pan is great. I have only washed them by hand so far so cannot say how they would do in a dishwasher. The little rack is perfect for cooking meat. UPDATE: 2ND WASHING BY HANDAfter the 2nd hand washing, the bottom of the roasting pan and cookie sheet became discolored and began to leave a dark residue on the towel that I dried them with. The interior was still perfect, but the residue rubbed off on my hands when I picked them…
