This was a great find. I had bought a ziploc vacuum sealer … This was a great find. I had bought a ziploc vacuum sealer awhile ago and it came with quite a few bags. We recently ran out and priced the OEM stuff and it was really expensive. This is a great alternative. Very easy to use. You seal one end and then cut to the length you need, add food and seal the other end. Works perfectly with our vacuum sealer.
Great to save $$$$. These work just as well as the FoodSaver brand. They seal well. I have used a food saver for a number of years. Love that thing to have frozen food last a long time. The rolls of bags are not cheap from foodsaver.com. I have used a few different brands of generic bags. These work just as well as the foodsaver brand. The answer is “Yes” It CAN, It DOES and It Will do what it says! Over and Over I purchased these bags to use in my FoodSaver 4840. First things first. These rolls will NOT fit in the Foodsaver 4840 model. Not because it is to wide but because the roll is to thick. As for other models I cannot say. This does not bother me as I am more concerned with how well the product performs.
